CCBFF Inaugural Post!

Good evening all!

This is our first ever post for the CCBFF blog! Make sure to stop by often for updates on our efforts, and even get some unique content from our team of writers. We have a lot of information prepared for you, but in an effort to avoid overwhelming everyone, we would like to focus on two weekly pieces:

First off, we want to thank the group that came out to our very first meet up!

Co-Founders Winston G. Williams and Harrell D. Williams, Sr. held an event Tuesday, July 16th, at Blackfinn Ameripub in the Domain. It was an evening filled with meaningful networking and lively discussions all around! We know that this is only the beginning, and we look forward to having regular meetings with the community.

Come out for our next meet up in the second week of August! Like the Capital City Black Film Festival on Facebook to stay in the loop on our next event, details TBD.

We would also like to announce our Kickstarter campaign!

CCBFF is a community-focused organization, and we believe that it only made sense to give fellow filmmakers and enthusiasts the opportunity to build this event and watch it grow. That is why we have a variety of great specials on limited edition gear, tickets, and more!

You can donate to our campaign here.
